TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) ADVISORY: Though we at F2b, provide a SAFE, CLEAN & HYGIENIC PLACE for all the pets however you must consider below points please:

PLAY BITES & SCRATCHES:

1. We don’t tie any pet at FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) and give them enough space and time to play with other Pets, therefore your pet may get play bites and scratches from other pets.

2. All the pets coming at FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) are Family pets and fully vaccinated, so Parents should not be worried for play bites and scratches.

TICKS & FLEAS:

1. FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) is a nature friendly place where we have Natural plants/grasses where we can’t avoid ticks & fleas 100%. Despite we do regular fumigation at our premises, these insects are a part of this natural environment.

2. Make sure your pet is regular checked at home & consult their Vet in case of finding any ticks or fleas.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B):

1. I am owner of my pet confirming to FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B), that my pet has been given necessary vaccinations and fully vaccinated.

2. I understand that FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) is an open day care/boarding centre and I agree that my dog will be socialized & left with other dogs. I accept the risks involved and agree that FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) is not liable for any injuries or illness resulting during my dog’s stay at FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B).

3. In case of any medical problems develop while my dog is in the care of FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B), I authorize them to do whatever they feel necessary action required for the safety, health and wellbeing of my dog and I agree to pay full financial responsibility for all expenses incurred.

4. I understand that if my dog has a history of aggression or biting, FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) reserves the rights to refuse entry of my dog at FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B).

5. In case my pet is not picked up back after the expected/confirmed check out date/time and there has been no communication from us to FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B), in that case FREEDOM 2 BREATHE (F2B) will not be liable for any consequential damages or damages beyond the replacement value of my pet.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Booked slot cancelled prior 48 hrs – You can re-schedule OR full refund.
Booked slot cancelled prior 24 hrs – You can reschedule OR 50% refund.
Booked slot cancelled prior upto 12 hrs – You can re-schedule but No refund.
